Delivery Policy

What is delivered

CosmoKits is digital software only. After a successful Stripe Checkout payment for $15.00 USD each month or $39.00 USD each month, your account receives immediate access to the workspace. There is no physical shipment, no tracking number, and no installer to download.

Access includes the form builder, public form links, statement drafts, acknowledgement pages, and billing portal, within the limits of the plan you bought. A walkthrough of that desk is published at /dashboard.

When access starts

Access begins as soon as payment succeeds and Stripe marks the subscription active. You should land in the workspace from the Checkout success page. If you close the tab, use /login with the same email.

If you cannot get in

Check the email used at Checkout, including spam. If nothing arrives within 15 minutes, write support@cosmocheats.com from that same address. During published support hours we restore access the same day. After hours we reply the next business morning, Mountain Time.

What is not delivered

• Physical goods or printed statements (you can print them yourself)
• Legal review of your client contracts
• Payment collection from your clients
• Game software, loaders, or any executable file

Cancellation after delivery

Cancel anytime in the Stripe Customer Portal. See Refunds and Cancellation. Digital delivery is complete when the dashboard first opens, which is why unused days in a paid month are not refunded except in the billing-error cases listed there.
