Information we collect

• Account and billing: name, work email, plan, Stripe customer and subscription identifiers. We do not store full card numbers, CVC, or magnetic-stripe data.
• Product data: intake forms you build, answers a client submits, statement drafts, acknowledgement name, timestamp, and IP address when the host provides one.
• Usage and diagnostics needed to operate and secure the service (pages viewed, error logs).
• Contact form: name, email, topic, and message, plus a ticket identifier we generate.

How we use information

We use information to provide CosmoKits, authenticate users, process subscriptions, prevent abuse, and communicate about billing and security. Client submission content is processed on behalf of the account holder so the product can draft a statement. We do not use client answers to train public models and we do not sell personal information.

Legal bases (where a statute asks)

Contract: we need account and billing data to run the subscription you bought. Legitimate interests: security logs and limited product analytics. Consent: optional analytics cookies if we enable them. Legal obligation: tax and bookkeeping records Stripe or the IRS may require us to keep.

Sharing

Processors: Stripe (payments, invoices, Customer Portal), Vercel (application hosting), and email delivery providers when transactional email is configured. We share what each processor needs to do that job and nothing more. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context advertising.

Retention

Account records stay for the life of the subscription and up to 24 months after cancellation unless you ask us to delete sooner and the law allows it. Billing records may be kept longer where tax rules require it. Form submissions follow the subscriber workspace. If a subscriber deletes a job, we remove it from production systems within 30 days, subject to backups that rotate on a longer cycle.

International transfers

Hosting and payment processors may store data in the United States and other countries where they operate. If you are in the EEA or UK, those transfers rely on the processor standard contractual clauses or an equivalent safeguard they publish.

Your requests

Email support@cosmocheats.com or call +1 (307) 240-2202 to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold, subject to legal exceptions. Say whether you are the subscriber or a client who filled a form. If you are a client, we will loop in the studio that sent you the link, because they decide what to keep in their workspace.

Residents of California and similar US state privacy laws may request a copy of personal information, deletion, and a list of categories we disclosed to processors in the prior 12 months. We will not discriminate against you for making that request.

Children

CosmoKits is business software for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor submitted data, write support@cosmocheats.com and we will delete it.

Security

Production traffic is HTTPS. Passwords are hashed. Card data is handled by Stripe. Details sit on the security page.
