N A Posted September 26 Share Posted September 26 (edited) Retracting my former reviews. I am a long time customer and I am moving elsewhere. Support has been lacking incredibly lately, restocks take weeks, updates take weeks... They just give you a mouth full of crap to get you to quit asking questions. I have been told 24-48 hours literally 4 times in a row, while waiting 72 hours in between each chat. Just get on the discord and look at how many people are going unanswered.. etc. Something needs to give. I don't recommend using Cosmo any where, especially if you are new.
