Triker Posted February 24 Posted February 24 It's very refreshing to see such good customer support in this area! I got Hero fortnite which worked perfectly just had alot of difficulty loading and random unloads during games on my system, @Klein Moretti and @HamooD helped me all they could and Hamood was especially thorough checking on my pc for possible programs that could be interfering, eventually when we couldn't find a stable permanent fix i got a full refund! Couldn't be happier with the management and support here, truly one of a kind in this space.
